MACHINE WORKING PROCESS:
1- ALUMINIUM MOTOR FRAME IS LOADED ONTO THE FIXTURE.
2- PNEUMATIC UP-DOWN MOVING INDUCTION HEATING COIL WITH THE INDUCTION TRANSFORMER COMES DOWN FOR THE HEATING PROCESS.
3- INDUCTION GENERATOR’S START BUTTON IS PUSHED AND THE INDUCTION HEATING IS STARTED. THE SPEED ADJUSTABLE FIXTURE ROTATES.
4- DURING THE HEATING PROCESS, THE TEMPERATURE VALUE OF THE ALUMINIUM FRAME WILL BE READ ON THE DIGITAL DISPLAY OF THE LASER INFRARED THERMOMETER AND THE MACHINE’S POWER VALUE WILL BE READ ON THE
FRONT PANEL OF THE INDUCTION GENERATOR.
5- WHEN THE ALUMINIUM MOTOR FRAME REACHES THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE, INDUCTION HEATING PROCESS STOPS, THE INDUCTION COIL AND TRANSFORMER WILL GO UP WITH THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM AND THE FIXTURE WILL MOVE TOWARDS THE OUTSIDE. THE HEATED ALUMINIUM MOTOR FRAME WILL BE DISCHARGED MANUALLY AND NEW FRAME WILL BE LOADED. THE NEW FRAME ON THE FIXTURE MOVES TO THE HEATING PLACE AND THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM TAKES THE INDUCTION COIL DOWN AND HEATING PROCESS STARTS ONCE AGAIN.
6- THE OPERATOR TAKES THE HEATED ALUMINIUM MOTOR FRAME AND PLACES THE NEW MOTOR FRAME TO THE SPEED ADJUSTABLE ROTATING FIXTURE.
7- THE PROCESS KEEPS CONTINUING IN THE SAME MANNER.
FOR WORK PLACE SAFETY, THE ROTATING TRAY AND PNEUMATIC UP-DOWN MOVING SYSTEM IS ENCLOSED WITH A SAFETY LIGHT CURTAIN.
