Machine working principle:
- The products will be put into the fixture and fixed by bottom magnetic iron; and then go into induction coil stably; after the heating process, go into water spraying device to cooling fast to finish the quenching process; and finally discharged automation to fall down into the finished product collector
Purpose:
- Screw HF quenching to increase the hardness.
Advantages:
- improve the production efficiency can reach 6-12 piece per minute; with speed adjustable;
- save energy of water source and electrical source and help to protect environment
- with less dimension to save the factory space
Machine description:
- 1) Feed the work piece(screw) by vibration feeder into the fixture one by one and fixed by magnetic iron; and then transfer with 0.75KW motor to the induction coil position;
- 2) In order to make the heating on each part of the work pieces uniform; during the heating process, work piece will rotating itself with 0.4KW motor;
- 3)After the heating process, cooling water spraying device will quenching the work piece fast; 8HP water chiller ensure the induction heating generator works well and quenching cooling water supply perfectly.
- 4) After the quenching process, the work piece will discharge and fall down into the work piece collector automatically
- 5) Induction heating generator adopts 100KW, 30-80khz IGBT model; to ensure the heating process quality.
- 6) The fixtures can be change according to different size of the work piece diameter and the induction coil position also can be adjustable according to the length of the work pieces;
